Bringing together optimal performance methods, concepts, and expertise from the organization’s personnel and blends them into a coordinated system to address optimal performance barriers that no single discipline, personnel, could solve alone. Couched in the discipline of behavior and mindset transformation, players, coaches, staff, administrators, band together and reshape one another via “living and breathing” organizational core values and standards, everyday, everywhere, continuously.

Selective is an offering to “pick and choose” individual, group, and team level optimal mental performance services. 

The Selective offering allows for very specific, tailored, flexible, individual and group services provided via virtual platforms. In conjunction with virtual platform service delivery, in person delivery of Selective offering is possible when requested and meets established parameters.

Whether it is one individual player or coach, two, or three or more players and/or coaches wanting to form a mental performance group, the Selective option is best to meet the needs of individual or small group clients.

Fundamentally, Selective services strive to maintain a readiness to actively implement preventive and restorative optimal performance strategies, with the ultimate focus of long-term, sustainable health behavior change leading to exceptional mental and physical performance.
